Project Overview
I worked on designing and coding digital assets for multiple Canadian retail brands, including Bootlegger, Ricki’s, Cleo, Suzanne's, and Warehouse One. I utilized Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Figma, and Visual Studio Code for front-end development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A major focus of my role was enhancing e-commerce functionality while aligning the designs with each brand's unique identity.
I was involved in creating seasonal lookbooks for print and web, ensuring a cohesive visual presentation that supported marketing campaigns. This included selecting typography, color schemes, and imagery to reinforce brand consistency while adapting to seasonal trends. I participated in weekly meetings with my team to discuss the project's progress and plan future directions, using insights from these discussions to refine our approach and ensure alignment with overall goals.
Additionally, I tracked key metrics such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversions to evaluate the performance of the digital assets. This data was used to inform design iterations, ensuring that our creative direction directly contributed to improved customer interaction and increased sales. Through collaboration with e-commerce specialists and continuous design iteration, the project resulted in visually compelling assets that strengthened brand presence and contributed to the success of seasonal campaigns.
